Oh, the famous double-bed in the sky – something we’ve always dreamed of but never thought possible. However, somehow the stars aligned last year and I managed to find us two seats in Singapore Airlines A380 First Class SUITES and my heart nearly stopped. Even better? We ended up getting to fly it TWICE, by total fluke.
Out of all our travel adventures over the years, our story of our Singapore Suites Class experience is now one of our favourites to tell and we’re excited to share it with you today on our blog! From how we managed to book these amazing suites, to The Private Room lounge, the amazing food, to how we got to fly it twice for the price of one, we’re covering it all!

Booking Singapore Airlines A380 First Class Suites
Before we get into our full review, let’s start off with how exactly we managed to book the amazing Singapore Airlines A380 First Class Suites.
After booking one-way flights on Singapore Airlines A350 Business Class from LAX to SIN, we started hunting for onwards aspirational flights. I knew Singapore Airlines First Class is best booked departing from SIN (to get the full First Class ground experience), so that’s where my search began.
My original wish was to go to India so I searched for availability from SIN to BOM and DEL. Neither had availability so I began checking all available A380 routes departing from SIN. To my surprise, there was SAVER award availability for two on the A380 to Hong Kong!
We had no plans to go to Hong Kong, and it’s Singapore Airlines’ shortest A380 route (we were hoping to spend much more time in the Suites), but two saver seats are just too good to pass up! The points price was so cheap that I called Ryan at work and he immediately said, “Book it!”
- Booking window: 311 days out
- Points redeemed: 45,000 KrisFlyer miles per person
- Taxes and fees paid: SGD 62.20 per person
- Regular Suites price if paid in cash: SGD 3697 per person
Singapore Airlines A380 First Class Suites Routes
Singapore Airlines only flies its A380s on certain routes, which can change depending on the season and scheduled maintenance. Be sure to double-check when booking that your particular flight will be on the A380 if you for sure want to fly in Suites Class.
Currently (as of June 2024), Singapore Airlines operates the A380 on the following routes (to and from):
- Delhi (5h50m)
- Frankfurt (12h45m)
- Hong Kong (4h15m)
- London Heathrow (13h40m)
- Mumbai (5h40m)
- Shanghai (5h35m)
- Sydney (7h40m)
Past routes include Auckland and Tokyo Narita during the winter season, so you can keep your eyes open to see if those are brought back in the future.
Singapore Airlines First Class Baggage Allowance
Suites Class passengers are allowed up to 50kg each of checked baggage!
In addition, you can bring two pieces of carry-on luggage up to 7kg each, with a maximum dimension of 115cm, plus a personal item (eg. purse, laptop bag).
We travelled with carry-on only, and never once did they measure our carry-on bags for weight or size. So, I wouldn’t worry if your bag is slightly larger than what is stated. You’re a Suites Class passenger, afterall (I don’t think they care as long as it fits in that gigantic closet haha).
Singapore Airlines First Class Check-in at SIN Changi Airport
Since our flight was in the morning and we wanted to take full advantage of the First Class Lounge, we spent the night at the Yotelair at Changi Airport prior to our flight. This way, we could wake up and check-in as early as possible without having to worry about geting to the airport. Every minute of First Class counts 😉
First Class Check-in Location
Even though we watched lots of Singapore Airlines First Class YouTube videos of people trying to find the First Class Check-In, we were in the same boat and also had trouble locating it. It must be that pre-flight excitement!
For some reason, there’s no clear signage inside the terminal. We ended up walking all the way to the end of the Singapore Airlines check-in desks, went outside, turned the corner and walked along the edge of the building before discovering the grand First Class entrance with its own private driveway!
It appears that it is best accessed by car, and I’m sure if you told your driver you were headed to the Singapore Airlines First Class entrance, they’d know where it is. But from within the terminal, it’s not so easy to spot.
Location: Terminal 3, Before Departure Hall Door 1
Hours: 5:00am-2:00am
First Class Check-in Experience
As we approached the doors, the doormen quickly greeted us and took our luggage before whisking us inside.
As soon as we entered through those sliding doors, we could immediately tell this was not going to be like any airport check-in experience we’ve ever had.
This First Class check-in area resembles an elegant lounge more than an airport departure hall. I was seated in a plush chair at one of the check-in desks while our passports were examined and tickets printed. I’m not sure why they don’t provide two chairs, but I guess many First Class passengers travel alone?
In addition to our tickets, we were given an invitation to The Private Room.
First Class Immigration
After our seamless check-in, we got to proceed through the dedicated First Class immigration line (security is done at the gate).
There was one immigration officer and zero other passengers! After a quick glance at our passports and tickets, we were directed through the automated kiosk to scan our passports and eyes.
We were in and out in only about a minute. As we stepped out of there, we realized we were already airside, right below the escalators to the lounge!
Wow. We couldn’t believe how fast and easy it was. What a luxurious experience already not having to wait in long lines.
The Private Room – Singapore Airlines First Class Lounge
We weren’t going to waste any time – we headed straight up those escalators towards the lounges.
The Private Room is Singapore Airlines very exclusive First Class lounge, not to be confused with the First Class SilverKris Lounge. Only passengers traveling in Singapore Airlines First Class or Suites Class are invited to enter The Private Room, either on departure OR arrival. Unfortunately, guests are not permitted.
At the top of the escalators, we saw the large, busy Business Class SilverKris Lounge ahead, and the First Class Lounge to the left.
We were greeted by friendly staff who checked our tickets. As soon as they saw our golden (literally) Suites Class boarding passes and Private Room invitation, they quickly escorted us down the First Class corridor.
A very friendly staff member led us down the hall to The Private Room and asked if I had been there before. I laughed inside (I wish I could say I’m lucky enough to have been here more than once!!) and informed her this was our first time.
She asked if we’d like to take breakfast, which we obviously responded to with a yes, so she brought us over to the elegant dining room.
Here we were met by a very professional server who seated us at a beautifully set table.
Dining in The Private Room
The dining area has a number of tables, but considering how exclusive this lounge is, there was only one other passenger there with us.
Our server, Ryan, handed us some fancy, leather-bound menus and asked if we cared for some water. When I said we would, he asked, “Still or sparkling?” Oh, right. This is a fine dining establishment. “Still, please.”
We also asked for coffee, and he responded with, “What kind? I can make anything you like.” Oh, right. A simple coffee is too basic. I guess we should order something more special!
As we perused the menu, our server returned from the coffee bar with our handcrafted drinks and two large bottles of fancy-looking water, which he carefully poured for us.

While we wanted to order everything off the menu, Ryan decided on the Singapore Laksa with Lobster and I went with the Roti Prata. I had to laugh at myself, sitting in a fine dining lounge wearing white and eating a messy dish that is best eaten by hand. What can I say? You can’t take the street food-lover out of me no matter where I go.
Our server let us know we were welcome to order as much as we wanted off the menu, but we figured we’d better save room for what was in store for us on our flight!
Ryan, our server, returned with our food quicker than we expected. It was super hot and fresh. Excited to dig in, I took my first bite and was blown away. This was the best roti prata I had ever had! Seriously. Wow.
As for Ryan’s Singapore Laksa with lobster? Also the best laksa we’ve ever had! What a great start to the morning. I was not expecting the food to be this good!
The Private Room Service
Throughout our meal, our server was very friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. He was honestly one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered! Such great service. I wish all servers were like him.
Once he saw that we were done with our dishes, he asked if we’d like to order anything else. I was really tempted to try the Dim Sum Delights but opted to pass to ensure I still had room for our flight. He offered us dessert or a fruit platter, which we also politely declined.
With that, he invited us to go relax anywhere in the lounge and brought us some new coffees.
On our way, we noticed there was a small pastry and snack table which we figured we could come back for if we got hungry later.
The Private Room Lounge
The lounge felt fairly large considering how exclusive it was. I’d be surprised if it ever got even a quarter full. It actually felt a little too quiet, in my opinion, to the point where I sometimes felt awkward talking as I didn’t want to disturb the peace in there.
There was a range of seating options, with semi-secluded seating off to the sides. We chose one of these little nooks that consisted of a sofa, chair, charging outlets, side tables and lamps.
We attempted to sit there and relax, but I was just too excited and felt like I needed to do something to soak it all in.
After taking some photos, checking out the view down below (which was just a view of the beautiful Bacha Coffee store), I decided it was time to check out the bathrooms.
The Private Room Bathrooms
As I entered the ladies’ restroom, I was instantly struck by how opulent it was. I have never seen such a fancy airport bathroom: marble countertops, large mirrors, and fancy lighting.
Each individual toilet stall has its own electric bidet seat that opens as you approach (it surprised me at first lol) and closes after you are done.
There is a remote on the wall with all kinds of features. I attempted to try it out but ended up getting water splashed on my clothes. Oops, fail! lol
I was surprised to even see a dedicated child’s toilet stall with a child-size toilet! So perfect if our daughter had been with us.
There was even a child-size sink! I love this because often when I’m traveling with my daughter, I have to hold her up to wash her hands since she can’t reach a regular sink without a stool.
Opposite the sinks, you’ll find some Lalique toiletries, the best dental kits I’ve come across, magnifying mirror, and even a hair dryer.
Each time I used the restroom, there were cleaning staff attending to it right away. They are kept immaculately clean. I even noticed that each time I went into the toilet stall, the toilet paper had been nicely folded again.
Shower Rooms
Separate from the restrooms are individual shower suites which you can request to use. They looked lovely and spacious, but we had no need for them, having just come from our airport hotel.
Each shower suite consists of a shower, toilet, sink, and ample counter space with complimentary toiletries.
Boarding Singapore Airlines A380 First Class Suites
Finally, it was time to get ready to board our flight. Our boarding passes indicated our boarding time was 9:10 AM so we departed The Private Room just before 9:00 AM.
We were headed to Gate B7, which we did not realize was quite the hike from the lounge. The Private Room is in the centre of the terminal, close to the start of the A gates, so the walk all the way to B7 takes at least 10 minutes at a brisk pace. Plan for longer if you’d like to walk more leisurely, and factor in that the walkways can get quite congested.
We ended up arriving at the gate at 9:05 AM and were surprised to see FINAL CALL in red lettering on the board, since our boarding passes said boarding was at 9:10 AM.
We had forgotten that we still had to undergo security once at the gate, so it was quite busy with everyone lining up to put their bags through the scanners.
Nevertheless, we got to proceed through a separate lane for Suites class passengers and once we passed the congestion at the gate, we had a leisurely walk up to the Suites Class upper deck entrance.
As we approached the cabin door, we were immediately greeted by name. I was a bit taken aback at first like, how did they know it was us? But with only a maximum of six Suites class passengers, I guess it’s not hard to figure out who is who once you’ve scanned your boarding pass at the gate.
We were shown to our suites, 1A and 2A.
Since we were traveling as a couple, they had left the centre divider down for us to form the massive “bedroom in the sky”.
Pre-departure Experience
Arriving at our suite, the flight attendants stowed our luggage in the closet and asked if I needed a blanket.
They reconfirmed our meal choices and offered a welcome drink of champagne. Since we don’t drink (a shame, I know, since we didn’t get to take advantage of the fabulous First Class alcoholic offerings), we declined, and were offered juice instead.
They let us know breakfast would be served after takeoff, informed us where the bathrooms were, and then left us to further explore our suite on our own.
Singapore Airlines A380 First Class Cabin
The First Class cabin on the A380 consists of only six individual suites, all located on the forward upper deck. Behind it is the larger business class cabin.
Singapore Airlines A380 First Class Seat Map
The Suites cabin has a central aisle with three rows of suites on either side along the windows. On the left are the A suites and on the right are the F suites.
Best Singapore Airlines A380 First Class Suites
The best suites for passengers traveling as a pair are either 1A and 2A or 1F and 2F. These are the adjoining suites that have a middle wall that can be lowered and turned into a double-bed!
Suites 1A and 1F seemed to be slightly preferrable over 2A and 2F since there is an extra TV screen on the wall that you can watch during takeoff and landing.
Singapore Airlines A380 First Class Suites Tour
As I entered my suite, there was a large closet next to the door. It was quite spacious, with enough room to fit my Rimowa suitcase, large handbag, shoes, and hang up my coat.
Inside was a large mirror, three hangers, a nice pair of slippers, an eye mask, and a blanket.
To my left, there’s a small table displaying the in-flight dining menu and REAL orchids. Such a luxurious touch. This little table is also where the tray table is stored.
Next is the huge swivel seat! This is the largest and most comfy airplane seat I’ve ever sat in. You’ve got an incredible amount of space to spread out.
Within the armrest are the seat controls. You can swivel the chair to TV mode or window mode (which you must remain in during takeoff and landing).
There’s also a TV remote with a keyboard on the back. If you need to charge your devices, not to worry as there is a universal outlet.
Along the window you’ll find additional storage space. Below, there is room to store a purse or small bag, and on top are three small storage compartments.
Inside the middle compartment is a handy mirror, and inside the third compartment are the nice B&O headphones.
There’s another row of controls from which you can control the lighting, TV position, and call for assistance.
Finally, you have a tablet control panel which you can use for the entertainment system, but I never managed to remove it from the dock. It was pretty stuck on there and I didn’t want to break anything. Oh well.
The window shades can be controlled at the touch of a button. There are three modes and switching between them is very fast.
The suites each have a door for privacy, but it must be left open during takeoff and landing.
Singapore Airlines First Class Food
After a fairly quick and smooth takeoff, the flight attendants returned to put our seats in TV mode in preparation for breakfast, and set our dining tables.
After already experiencing the excellent food in business class on our way to Singapore, we were now even more excited to try the catering out of Singapore which is supposed to be even better (and in Suites class, no less)!
Book the Cook
A great feature of Singapore Airlines is being able to “book the cook” ahead of time if you are traveling in Suites, Business, or Premium Economy.
You can choose from the standard in-flight menu or the extensive Book the Cook menu. Special meals for those with dietary restrictions are also available to pre-order.
We were blown away by the immense amount of options offered just for breakfast, from Singaporean to Indian and Korean! It was 10x better than the options we were given on our flight out of Los Angeles.

First Class Breakfast Review
To start
Breakfast began with a hot towel, and then an appetizer plate of fresh fruits: delicious mango, watermelon, (sour) strawberries, blueberries and melon.
The flight attendant asked what I wanted for my starter: cornflakes or bircher muesli. I let her know I’d like the yogurt (it was listed as a third option on the menu she gave me). She said, “No, we don’t have yogurt. It’s just cornflakes or bircher muesli.” I glanced again at the menu and I guess she noticed the confused look on my face, and realized, “Oh, yes, yogurt. Right, we do have yogurt. Okay.” And left…
She returned with some coffee, followed by a bread basket. I chose a croissant, served with a selection of strawberry preserves, honey and marmalade.
Even the butter was beautifully presented in the design of a flower.
After clearing my fruit platter, I was served a bowl of peach-flavoured yogurt. It was good but I wish it came with something – granola or fruit, perhaps?
Mains
Finally, it was time for our mains which we had pre-ordered online. Ryan was set on caviar so he ended up ordering off the in-flight menu anyway: Fresh Eggs with Caviar.
As for me, I must have had decision fatigue as I don’t know why I ordered what I did. I went with the Spiced Buckwheat and Pumpkin Pancakes. I really should have gone with an Asian option! It would have been so much better! Sigh…
I remember wanting to order the curry, but worrying about splashing it on my clothes in case of turbulence (which there was a lot of). I was halfway through my meal when some turbulence hit and my orange juice and coffee started splashing – eek!
The pancakes were small and were topped with yogurt. They had some flavour, but were not amazing. I really regret not ordering something else and will stick with an Asian option next time! Don’t make the same mistake as me.
At least Ryan thoroughly enjoyed his eggs and caviar!
After clearing our tables, we were offered a hot towel and another drink. I was pretty full by this point so just asked for water and was given a bottle of Evian.
Singapore Airlines A380 First Class Suites Double-Bed
After our meal, the flight attendant came around to show us how to adjust our chairs and TV. Since we were eager to test out the double-bed, I asked if we could please have the bed made.
The flight attendant agreed and said she’d be right back, but seemed a bit annoyed at my request (?) She returned with another FA and we watched as they folded down the beds, placed the mattress pads, fluffy pillows and comfy duvet.
We were so ecstatic to finally get to experience the marvelous double-bed in the sky!
With the lights turned down, we got nice and comfy, ready to watch a movie.
However, I was way too excited to even focus on a movie and there was no way I could sleep.
I wanted to soak up every minute of the experience!
In-Flight Entertainment
We browsed the entertainment selection and there were a ton of movies, including very recent ones. You’ll have no problem finding something to watch, although the sheer amount of options might take you a while to scroll through!
The TVs are nice and large at 32″, and swivel so that they are in the perfect position whether you are laying in bed, or relaxing in your seat. They are touchscreen as well, although I don’t know why you would need them to be.
One feature I appreciated was the ability to sign into my KrisFlyer account, allowing me to save movies to my playlist. This came in handy when I wasn’t able to finish a movie and wanted to continue watching it on our next Singapore Airlines flight.
Wi-Fi
Another perk of flying Singapore Airlines Suites Class is you get unlimited free Wi-Fi while on board!
It’s so nice to be able to stay connected while up in the air, especially to update friends on family on the status of your flight (which came in handy when we got delayed, as we’ll describe later in this post).
Singapore Airlines First Class Bathroom
Time to go check out the bathrooms! There’s not one, but two bathrooms in the Suites Class cabin on the A380. That’s a very good passenger to bathroom ratio considering there is only a total of six suites.
The FA pointed me to the bathroom to the right of the stairs, informing me that it was the better of the two. Wow, is it ever huge! I felt like I could have been walking into a hotel bathroom, not an airplane bathroom.
The bathroom is extremely spacious and full of mirrors, which makes it look even larger.
There is a sit-down vanity with lighted mirrors.
Behind the vanity is the very spacious and clean toilet area.
If you happen to be flying with a baby in Suites Class (luckiest baby ever!), there is a baby changing table in here as well.
The sink has a touchless faucet, and when you’re done washing your hands, there are actual cloth towels to dry your hands (not just paper towel).
Within the drawers beneath the counter, you’ll find some nice amenities, such as shaving foam, razors, hair brushes, and dental kits. I actually still have the nice folding hair brush in my purse to this day!
What a peaceful haven compared to the usual airplane bathroom! And to make it even better: the FAs tidy the bathroom after every single use so it’s always spotless and perfect for the next passenger.
First Class Bathroom #2
If you’re wondering what the second Suites bathroom looks like, it’s equally as clean and nice, just a little bit smaller.
The main difference is that there is no sit-down vanity in this bathroom, but you still get the nice padded bench, and all the complimentary amenities.
Arriving back at Singapore – wait, what??
After settling into our comfy double-bed in the sky, we heard an announcement for any doctors on board to come assist a passenger.
Since we were much removed from the rest of the plane, we didn’t know what was happening, but could see the FAs hurriedly moving about.
About 30 minutes later, the pilot made an announcement that due to a medical emergency on board, we were going to be turning around and heading back to Singapore. One of the FAs came by looking quite solemn and informed me that a passenger had had a heart attack. We felt so awful, and the way he said it made it sound like the passenger didn’t survive.
A little while later, the pilot came on again and announced that the situation had been stabilized but we were still returning to Singapore so that the passenger could seek additional medical care.
With a sigh of relief, we felt a little better hearing that the passenger had survived.
We felt the plane turn around and the FAs came by to fold up our beds and clear our remaining drinks. They didn’t have much information for us regarding how or when we would get to Hong Kong, but assured us we would be taken care of.
After four hours on board, we landed back at Singapore Changi Airport right where we began.
Singapore Airlines First Class Airport Buggy
We were first to deplane and were instantly whisked away on a buggy to The Private Room. Every person we encountered could not have been more apologetic. Literally everyone we passed apologized profusely to us for the disruption to our travel plans.
We certainly felt like VIP being driven through the terminal in a buggy. It actually made us feel a bit silly in a way driving past everyone, since we are totally capable of walking.
Lunch at The Private Room Lounge
We were dropped off at The Private Room and greeted by very kind staff that again apologized profusely to us. However, we were just glad that we get to experience The Private Room all over again. We weren’t expecting to be back so soon! It was more of a treat than a huge inconvenience.
The hostess asked if we’d like to take lunch but we were still quite full from our earlier meals. However, she convinced us to have something light. I mean, how can we say no to that delicious food?
I ended up ordering the Assorted Satay and Ryan went for the Chili Crab Capellini with Caviar.
My satay was a mix of beef, wagyu, chicken and mutton. It was absolutely delicious, and the accompanying peanut sauce was the bomb. So good – I wish I had more room in my stomach to eat more!!
Ryan fully enjoyed his pasta dish as well. It was spicy and very tasty.
We were offered dessert but there was no room left in our stomachs, unfortunately. The cakes looked like they were very good quality, but we opted for just one piece of chocolate each. They were very rich and delicious.
Once again, we moved over to the lounge and were brought some coffees. The staff informed us to just relax and they would let us know when the plane was ready for us.
Boarding Singapore Airlines A380 (again)
About 20 minutes later, the staff kindly informed us that the plane was now ready for boarding. The A380 had been serviced, restocked, and an all-new crew was waiting for us on board.
The buggy once again met us at the bottom of the escalators, ready to whisk us back to our gate. We arrived at the very busy gate where everyone was queuing to go through security.
However, everyone was told to make way for us and the staff escorted us through, pushing past everyone in line. We felt quite awkward about this, to be honest! I felt like people were giving us weird looks like, why are they so special that they get to skip the line?!
Anyway, we made it through security and got to experience boarding the magnificent A380 upper deck all over again!
On the way, I noticed the complimentary snack bags that all the economy passengers had been given during the wait. The snacks looked quite good and we were pleased to see Singapore Airlines gave these out.
We arrived back at Suites 1A and 2A, which had been completely reset so it was like getting a complete do-over of our flight!
This time, the service was top-notch and the flight attendants could not have been more kind! What a change from our earlier experience.
Singapore Airlines First Class Lunch
The flight attendants came around to ask what our preference was for lunch (OMG, more food?!) We were excited for another excellent meal, but at the same time, unsure of how we could eat any more.
Since the plane had been restocked with all new catering, there was no menu for us to peruse, which the FAs felt bad about. They ended up bringing over one of each dish just so we could look at each one and decide! So kind.
The options were beef, chicken, salmon or prawns. This time I opted for the beef and Ryan went for the salmon.
Our meal began with some warm mixed nuts and a glass of delicious fresh pineapple juice.
Next came a scallop appetizer and hot and sour soup, followed by our mains.
My beef dish ended up being beef rendang served with rice and cooked vegetables – quite tasty!
Our favourite part, though, was the dessert! It was a bowl of Biscoff mousse topped with Biscoff crumble and a macaron. Utterly divine. I sometimes get bored with the dessert options presented, but this was actually creative and different.
Singapore Airlines First Class Amenity Kit
It was once again time to get comfy in that amazing double-bed. I requested an amenity kit but was informed that there were none available for this flight since it is so short. Darn! I would have loved some of those Singapore Airlines pajamas as a souvenir.
The flight attendant asked if there was anything specific I was needing and I said I could really use some lip balm as my lips were feeling quite dry. She searched all over and regretfully let me know that there was no lip balm available. However, she offered me some olive oil as an alternative and said it could help moisturize my lips.
I really appreciated that she went out of her way to help!
Singapore Airlines Teddy Bear
In many reviews and YouTube videos I’ve seen of Singapore Airlines A380 First Class Suites, I’ve caught glimpses of adorable Singapore Airlines teddy bears.
When we arrived at our suite, I admit I was disappointed to not see a teddy bear waiting for me. I did, however, see that the passenger across from me had two in her suite!
At the end of the flight, Ryan asked one of the FAs if there were any teddy bears available and mentioned that we have a daughter at home who would love one as well. As we exited the plane, she returned with one teddy bear (just one!) for us to take home.
I love it and am grateful to have it as a souvenir, but I wish all Suites Class passengers would be given one!
Singapore Airlines First Class Service Review
We always hear about how Singapore Airlines has some of the best service of any airline in the world, and how kind and helpful the flight attendants are. However, we still have mixed feelings about this.
On our previous Singapore Airlines Business Class flight, we found the service to be hit or miss. For this Suites Class flight, we had higher expectations, but unfortunately they again fell short.
We were kindly welcomed on board and addressed by name, but once in the cabin, we didn’t exactly feel like the service was “first-class”. The FAs were of course nice, but at the same time, I didn’t find them to be exceptionally warm. They also seemed a bit rushed and I felt bad even asking them to set up our bed.
However, as I mentioned earlier, we had a completely different experience on our second go at it. The new crew after our flight disruption was MUCH kinder and I really felt they were going out of their way to make us have the best experience possible.
Also, the service in the First Class Lounge was AMAZING. Service there was absolutely first-class.
In addition, when things went wrong with our flight, every staff member we encountered along the way was so kind and apologetic. The way Singapore Airlines handled the flight disruption was exceptional. They were quick to respond and rectify the situation.
Soon after we landed, we received an apology e-mail from Singapore Airlines and they sent us each a $300 gift voucher! We were amazed. So, we ended up buying some cool Singapore Airlines swag and gifts online on their KrisShop website, which was then delivered to us on our next Singapore Airlines flight.
